Zesty Walnutter Pasta

Easy, delicious & healthy


For the sauce:

  • 4 tablespoons Natural Walnutter

  • 4 cups fresh basil

  • 5 garlic cloves

  • 2 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese

  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 3 tablespoons organic extra virgin olive oil
    OR Walnutter Walnut Oil

  • 1 pinch Tasman Sea Salt

  • 1 pinch black pepper

Serve sauce with:

  • 1 packet premium pasta OR 4 medium organic fresh zucchini's spiralised

  • 1 cup broken Walnutter Walnut Kernels to garnish



  1. Blend all ingredients in a processor until smooth.

  2. Add more Walnutter Walnut Oil and/or more lemon juice if desired and blend through. 

  3. Cook pasta OR spiralise zucchini's (lightly fry the zucchini's in a pan with olive oil OR prepare to be served as raw).

  4. Place the drained cooked pasta OR zucchini in a large serving bowl and mix the sauce through.

  5. Toss walnut kernels over the top and serve immediately.
