Walnutter Pesto

A smooth, versatile pesto that is delicious and nourishing.


  • 4 cups fresh basil

  • 5 garlic cloves

  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice

  • 1 pinch Tasman Sea Salt

  • 1 pinch black pepper

  • 4 tablespoons Natural Walnutter



Blend all ingredients in a processor until smooth.

Add more Walnutter Walnut Oil and/or more lemon juice if desired and blend through.

This pesto can be used many different ways:

  • stir through your favourite pasta

  • garnish soup

  • use as a dip

  • stuff chicken breast

  • serve with Tasmanian Salmon

  • use as a marinade on steak

  • as a pizza base or a spread on bruschetta
