


Walnutter Pesto
A smooth, versatile pesto that is delicious and nourishing.
Ingredients

4 cups fresh basil

5 garlic cloves
-
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp Lemon Juice
-
1 pinch Tasman Sea Salt
-
1 pinch black pepper
-
4 tablespoons Natural Walnutter
Method
Blend all ingredients in a processor until smooth.
Add more Walnutter Walnut Oil and/or more lemon juice if desired and blend through.
This pesto can be used many different ways:
-
stir through your favourite pasta
-
garnish soup
-
use as a dip
-
stuff chicken breast
-
serve with Tasmanian Salmon

use as a marinade on steak

as a pizza base or a spread on bruschetta
